Ordering & Timing
What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?
The minimum order is 10 boxes total. Half-dozen, dozen, Nibbles duo and Nibbles quad boxes each count as one box, and you can mix and match them.
How far in advance should we order?
For orders up to 50 gift boxes with only a gift message customized, we need at least one week before your delivery date. For orders over 50 boxes, or any order with a custom branded box label, we need at least two weeks. The holiday ordering deadline is November 30 — and if you’re reading this on November 29, email us anyway. We’ll tell you straight whether we can make it work.
Can we reorder next year?
Yes, and it’s easy. We keep your artwork and colors on file, so reordering takes one email.
Customization
Can we add our logo and company colors?
Yes, and you may be pleasantly surprised by what’s available. If you’d like them, a custom box label with your logo, a gift message card with your logo and a personal message, and ribbon in your brand colors (half-dozen and dozen boxes, pending availability), are all included in the price. No hidden costs, no surprises. Nibbles boxes are too small for a gift message card or ribbon, but they do get a custom label (on the Nibbles quad, it goes on the back).
What artwork files do you need?
High-resolution JPG or PNG files work best. For custom box labels, we need your artwork at least two weeks before your delivery date. For gift messages, one week — as long as your artwork is the first thing you send us.
Flavors & Freshness
Can we mix flavors in one order?
Yes. Each box comes with the set flavors for its collection, which is the fastest way to order. If you’d like a custom mix from across collections, just tell us when you request your quote.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are shelf-stable and stay fresh for at least two months from the purchase date. Your clients won’t have to eat them all in one sitting — unless they want to. #nojudgement
Ingredients & Allergens
What about allergens and ingredients?
Our shortbread contains wheat and milk. Some of our cookies may contain soy. The only tree nuts we use are pistachio and almond. Everything is baked in one kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts, so we cannot guarantee any cookie is free of any allergen. Ask us for the full ingredient list for any flavor. Everything we make is all-natural, with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Shipping is charged at the carrier rate for your order’s weight and destination and added to your invoice. Hand delivery within Westchester County is always free.
Payment
How does payment work?
We email you a secure invoice that you can pay by credit card. Payment is due in full before we begin baking, which confirms your delivery date. Simple as that.
