Shipping & Timing:
How quickly can you ship?
Fulfillment typically takes between 1-3 days, unless otherwise noted on the website. Due to our heavy in-person event schedule, we ship Monday-Friday.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping is one of the options you will have at checkout.

What if my package is damaged/delayed? 
If your package arrives damaged or delayed, please contact us immediately at info@allheartbakingco.com, and we’ll make it right.

Product Questions:

How long do cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are wonderfully shelf-stable and will stay fresh for a minimum of two months from purchase date.

What are the ingredients?
Our cookies are made with premium, all-natural ingredients.
Please see our product pages for individual flavor ingredients and allergens. Note that all of our cookies are made in a facility where nuts are used.

Can I customize flavors or packaging?
Customized flavors and packaging are not available at this time. Please connect with us in the new year when we will resume customization options.

What’s the difference between gift boxes and nibbles? 
Each gift box includes individually wrapped single cookies. Nibbles are bags of miniature cookies and are available as 2- or 4-packs.

Ordering:
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we are excited to ship nationwide.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Do you offer gift messages? 
Yes! Please be sure to include your note in the space provided at checkout.

Where are you located?
We are located in Westchester County, NY.

Do you have a storefront I can visit?
No, we do not have a storefront. However, we pop-up at fairs, markets, and events throughout the Northeast.
